I was here when they first opened, thought they were the greatest. To thank me for continued business, numerous referrals and (previous) awesome review (with over 750 views in just 3 months), they increased my rent by 227% in the middle of a pandemic. Nothing beats a person with a friendly face who's stabbing you in the back. Beware. They have zero ethics, and zero loyalty to their customers or our community. It is particularly important to note that multiple women have experienced outrageous rate increases like this where men in the same areas did not experience the same insane rate hikes. For new customers, the manager Vinnie Adams has been heard offering rates to male customers that are 1/3 less than what he offers to female customers. Ladies, don't waste your time here. Also, I had some leaks that resulted in flooding on the first floor as did several of my neighbors. Here are pics of the rubble still in the ceiling of my unit after my first year, as well as mold growing up the side of my unit wall that also still hasn't been removed. For the fake review guy who claims to have been here "for years," he's full of baloney. This location has been open since April, 2020. I know this because I was the first tenant. Also, Vinnie said he does make the rules, and when a guy does you dirty like Vinnie did to me, he deserves to be named - so you know who you're dealing with. There's a knife behind the smile. Be cautious.

I highly recommend STORExpress and in particular this location for any of your storage needs. The spaces are spacious, clean and exactly what we were looking for to use for an art studio. I especially want to recognize Kim Kormick, the property manager for how she treated us from the first phone call and all the way through the leasing process and makes everything easy. She was so helpful, detail-oriented and pleasant to talk to. She went out of her way to make our experience a good one and represents the company very well. They are very lucky to have her dealing with their customers.
