Rob CottonThe process to sign up for a storage unit on the website was extremely easy and fast. When I showed up the next day, Steph was extremely friendly and helpful in showing me to my unit. The facility itself is extremely clean and seems extremely secure. I also appreciate how they have music playing inside. I have rented at a dozen or so storage facilities over the course of my life and this is definitely a top-tier facility and I’m glad I went with guardian. Location is also very convenient, very close to major highways and local shopping centers and restaurants.

Stephanie was just great. As REAL customer service has declined over the years to just lip service, my experience at guardian storage was the real thing. People trying to actually help the customer. Another benefit is that they have a conference room for your use and a moving van that you can rent for very small fee relatively speaking. Great work keep up what you guys are doing.!

The units are spotless, perfectly climate-controlled (no musty smells or temperature swings), and the lighting inside the unit is bright! The gates, cameras, and overall security make me feel 100% confident leaving my belongings here. The staff is incredible — when I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit last-minute, they made the switch seamless and even helped me move a few heavy boxes. The prices are totally fair for this level of quality and peace of mind. I’ve already recommended this place to all my friends who are moving or renovating. You just can’t beat it. 10/10, will keep using them for years to come! Highly, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
