This was my first time coming here, and I needed a storage unit for a few months. Arianna was extremely helpful from start to finish. She explained the entire process clearly and even helped me use my homeowner’s insurance to lower the cost. Arianna was patient, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this location and working with her. She was absolutely awesome. After everything was set up, she tool me over to the outdoor unit I selected. There was snow in front of the door, and she didn’t hesitate to grab a shovel and clear it herself. That’s truly great customer service. Thank you.

I had a few encounters with the staff here and every one has been great. Amy the GM was the first person I encountered and she definitely set the tone. I spoke to her on the phone and she kept the same energy. I met Moses and Ariana the AGM the day I confirmed my rental and they provided fest service as well. It being my first time getting a storage rental and all, I felt at ease after working with them.

Edit: moving review to 3 stars.Finally the door was fixed on July 3rd. They didn't offer any discounts but the inconvenience is fixed. Don't do it! *WATCH VIDEO PROOF* - Unsafe Storage, Non functioning, over priced, Extremely Disappointing and Experience I am beyond frustrated with Devon Storage in Allentown, PA. For nearly $300 a month, I expect basic functionality and security, neither of which are being provided. The main entrance door has been broken for a month now, making it an extreme inconvenience to access my unit. I'm forced to walk all the way around to another entrance, which is completely unacceptable for the price I'm paying. Even more concerning is the blatant disregard for safety and security. The video clearly shows the main exit door propped open, creating a massive risk. Not only are personal belongings left vulnerable to theft, but it's also a significant safety hazard. This neglect to fix essential access points and secure the facility for an entire month, despite clients paying exorbitant fees, is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering Devon Storage to look elsewhere. You're paying a premium for a service that is broken and unsafe.
