Horrible Staff
The Customer Service person was extremely rude, she even closed the gate doors on my help as we were driving in gates. She wouldn't listen to anything I was saying, keep asking same questions over again. Walked away from me as I was speaking, and even left the room without notifying me. All she was worried about was eating, and when the store closed. Because she wanted to leave. I'm stuck with this company for this month, but I will be looking for another storage place as well. Horrible horrible horrible. That's all I can honestly say.

Very rude employee! I walked in and this lady started to raise her voice and also became very hostile asking me to move a truck that wasnt even mine.. I was going to get a storage unit from them until I realized that they treat their customers like crap (she was also mean to another customer that walked in right after me), very unpleasant experience.
