Very easy
I reserved a unit online and showed up later that day to be greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who genuinely seemed excited to help and have something to do. He answered all my questions and was very very helpful. The facility seems very clean and secure. The price for my unit was also decent. The only snag was that the system online allowed me to purchase a lock that isn't available, so I had to purchase a second lock and take a credit toward my account. But I was just grateful for the ease of reservation it didn't really matter much to me.

Gina MilkaI just moved in tonight so I don't have to much to say. The manager & assist manager were nice, easy to talk to. Asst mgr was helpful in getting me an affordable unit that was the perfect size. The grounds, bathroom, floors & unit are all clean. Access is way easier than the last place I was. So I feel I am off to a good start! After some time I may be able to give an better rating but so far so good.
