I've had a nice experience with this location of Extra Space Storage. I caught the manager, Natalie, on her way out and she took the time to return and help me switch locks for my unit. Excellent service from her. The facility is very clean and the climate control units have kept my things in good condition.

Working with Natalie was an absolute pleasure! She was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She truly went above and beyond to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. She worked with us to give us the best price possible for our storage unit. I checked out many facilities before finding this one. This was the best choice for us by far! There were no extra/surprise last minute fees that other places had, the price was the best by a long shot that I found during my search and the facility itself is super clean. I felt confident storing my belongings there as the property is secure and in very good shape. Natalie is also very timely in returning phone calls and emails if reaching out after hours.

Very responsive! Decent price! Great information with all the details. Let me know all the costs associated with the lease period made sure there were no hidden costs. Gave me the opportunity for my business to secure the price for a longer period than month to month. Patiently answered all my questions. And was very pleasant on the phone. Grateful for a storage unit that is climate controlled. I would appreciate it if the elevators didn't shut so quickly. It's a frustrating experience trying to load things into the elevator when the door keeps shutting while you're trying to get items onto it. Other than that, it's a good place to store things. Josh

I emptied my last unit today. I’ve had several with different sizes & pricing in the last 2yrs and was happy with this Clackamas location. Even tho monthly fees increased several times, I knew my ‘stuff’ was safe plus easy to get to. The management team was always avail if I had concerns or questions and closing out my last unit was easy. Very satisfied.
