They start payments reasonably and then start upping them. Had trouble getting on one occasion and the new manager told me I didn't rent there and must have gotten it confused with another location. She looked my name up, and said I was not listed. After she looked again she found it and said someone entered my name incorrectly. I saw my name in the database when she said that and my name was entered correctly. On top of all this, there are numerous homeless people here actually living in some of the units.

Tracy HambrickThe initial rental procedure was awesome! It was ALL done over the phone and took about 20 minutes. They had a wonderful move in special. I got there and everything was clean and in working order. I had a text message giving me the code and the lock was waiting for me right inside my unit. Regular monthly prices are reasonable and I believe lower than other places. I would definitely recommend!
