Great Facility, Great Customer Service
This has been the best experience as far as a storage facility that I have had. The manager at the Wickliffe location is top tier. Nicole is an exceptional manager. very personable, very helpful as well as professional. The facility is very clean, well organized. well lit and cameras every where. I feel very secure coming to the facility after hours. I would very much so recommend this facility to someone in need of storage.

The women at the office were great!! Very helpful and accommodating. The issue I encountered was the increase of my monthly rate after a few months which practically doubled. Nicole was kind enough to lower it to an amount that was feasible for me. It does not make sense though that the lock that only fits in their storage door is not refunded and taken back after you move out. I have two sets of keys & two locks that will never be used again. I’m not even sure how much I paid for them. The least they could do is reuse them for the next person renting that unit.
