I use the wadsworth location and I’m always happy with the customer service. I love coming in to see Cindy she’s always smiling. They store my belongings at a reasonable and fair price! There’s never any issues with weather and cleanliness of the facility I’m a very satisfied customer!

She stayed after hours so I could find the right storage unit, waited patiently while I filled out the paperwork, and made sure my first payment was taken care of without making me feel rushed or stressed. What stood out most was how patient and understanding she was. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Customer service like that is rare, and it made a big difference in my experience. I’m really grateful for her help and highly recommend this facility because of her.
Lyle MartinWow I had an amazing experience with cindy. I'm not even in Ohio and she took all the time in the world to help me fix my situation. Basically I rented a unit and was assigned a unit but didn't get a gate code and 203 numbers were disconnected and the one that did work just sent me into a system that sent me through loops. But Cindy took it upon herself to go way above and beyond and totally get me hooked up with a gate code and a way to get a hold of them to she took care of everything it took like at least 10 phone calls and she kept me on the phone the whole time so it wasn't like I could get disconnected or you know she made sure that I was going to get my problem solved and it was going to be done today and she's just awesome. Five stars plus five stars
David BurchI was told by the a.i lady touring quits at 5 and the ladie at the counter called me and told me to stop up she would rather please the customer instead so I gotta give her 5 stars best respect for customer and she had a picture of a bulldog on the counter and wall lol
MandyI have been with storage king wadsworth location for some time now and I love it. Management is excellent. Cindy is always going above and beyond. The units are well kept and the parking lot is always maintained. I wouldn’t want to store with any other facility!
