About a week after moving in we got a lot of rain. My unit flooded in the front. Luckily I didn’t have all of my items moved in so only a few boxes were damaged. You could tell the roof had fallen in from the rain and it was still dripping. I called and they offered me a different unit. Of course I had to go move it all myself. No apology no help. I’m only using the storage for another month so I’ll stay, but, I would not rent here again. It’s a hands off no frills no help kinda place. To the management, apologies and empathy are free, use them!!!

Kennedy AnwilerWorst place to ever store your items. We had rescue equipment stored for a few days($40k worth of stuff) and it was all stolen. The place gave us a run around and even after getting the police involved and a detective assigned to our case the storage place would not release video footage of what happened. Then magically today all of our stuff was back in the unit. They even tried saying we had 24hours to get it and our time was up even though we got the message THIS MORNING at 7:30am. Pretty sure they are stealing
Paul JolleyHad issues with being charged extra for their web page freezing while trying to make a payment due to refreshing the page it kept charging another $2 for credit card fee. Upon seeing there was a balance after payment went through, I called and spoke to Ashanti who was nice and helpful explained why this happened and reversed the extra charges to have my account back to good standing.
