Easy move in
After a long day of packing, it was nice to just pull up to the unit and unload the car. It was more spacious than we expected. We should have planned to store even more. It was clean and we felt comfortable leaving our things for the summer. The welcome gifts were a very nice touch.
My unit is 104 and everything was as expected
I moved in then it was clean and everything was fine
Calls made via online number provided no good
Final Storage location was fine, but getting there via the online phone number was less than bad.

JimAbsolutely useless. Never answers the phone at the actual location. Worst customer service I have ever seen from a storage facility! Every time you call you get a call center that is of no use whatsoever. You always have to get in your car and drive out to them to get anything done! And of course where the actual storage unit is and the office that handles things are at 2 different locations. Have now put in a gate at this location and of course can't actually get the code without going to Home Ave location to actually speak to someone because there call service can't do anything! UPDATE! leaves me a voicemail with a number to call and that number goes straight to voicemail! Again no help! Here's another update. After this review now they raised the rent on my storage unit! They have now raised twice more since this review was last updated. I have moved out due to the last rate increase. The rate hikes in less than 18 months. Was also told when Valley Storage took over that my deposit would be returned when I moved out. This was another lie, they know act like they know nothing about this and refuse to return my deposit!.
