All good. It’s only been one day!
Online reservation very easy and facility clean and accessible.
Used the online reservation program which was super easy. Needed to move boxes in that day so got it all arranged , including getting the lock by one phone call. Arrived, checked in at office, got the lock and unloaded the three vehicles into clean space without any difficulties. Would recommend this storage facility (Commerce Drive in Stow, OH) to anyone needing storage.

We have rented here for 15 years or better. Every year when the temp drops the key pad stops working. We complain every year. You have to get out of your truck and use the inner pad and run back before the gate closes. Ridiculous. You can’t even find the right person to complain to. Just got off the phone with the manager and was told they would say something to maintenance but chances are nothing will get accomplished. Nice.
