Quick Response
I used sparefoot to find a storage unit when an immediate need arose. I found Sparefoot compared prices of available units, and I was able to set up a unit right away. Before I was able to even get around to calling Springfield Storage Center, I got a call from the facility and we got everything confirmed about my arrival time. The facility is gated and safe and our unit was very clean. We were running late coming to the facility, but the attendant came back to meet us so that I could sign paper work. Everything worked great.

Very very hard to reach owner even when sending email through website or leaving voicemail on number. Consistently locked out of facility because they cut off your gate code. Stating that account is past due for coming month which posts between the 20th thru 22nd of month before. Want balance in full 10 days before the 1st of the month when the bill is actually due to have key pad code reset to enter gate.
Autumn TrussA few months ago my storage was broken into from the other side. Someone from Springfield storage came and screwed the wall back together. The storage unit center is not secure enough for people to store their items. After I moved out that's when I noticed that my luggage and my camping tent was gone. I moved out because of the increase of rent every 6 months. If we're going to be paying money then I feel like the unit should be secure enough where nobody on the other side can get into your storage unit. And all of my years of renting storage units I've never had a storage unit to be broken into. Very disappointed.

susan seggieWe had a unique situation where we needed a storage space right away, we were having our 35ft trailer repair of the floor, and we live in Charlotte nc, my husband had to take the trailer to Indiana, and stop to see his daughter who live in Springfield oh, we then found out that we had to empty out everything in trailer! We weren't sure what to do, so I called all around to find a storage unit, and found Springfield storage, I talked to Dave and he was so helpful, he was able to give me a unit that was easy in easy out pulling a 35ft travel trailer! To a unit where my husband could pull stuff out of trailer. And directly to unit saving time and energy! I thank Dave for all his help he went out of his way to help us with this weird situation! I would definitely recommend this company and Dave for all your storage needs!!!!!
