I got a great deal on both my drive up and climate control units. I rented here previously when Cole Harris owned the Cardinal Self Storage. It is a convenient location for me. It is clean and well maintained. Thank you.
Nice but try to know everything about pricing.
The place nice and clean the only thing that I got confused about is the difference of regular and promotion prices between the 1st few months.

My one criticism occurred after having noticed and taken advantage of a “sale offer” on unit rental. I subsequently read on my statement that the price will go back up again 2 months later! Nothing in writing specifically to expect a price increase so soon, ie, 2 months. It’s a lot of effort to move stuff into storage, only to need to move again in less than 8 weeks. Bait & Switch

I spoke with Stanley and asked about a rent reduction and he was very helpful. I am on a fixed income so any savings is appreciated. Stanley is my age and understood my situation. He processed my application and it was approved. I have had several interactions with him and he is always friendly and helpful. I would like to bring this to your attention so you'll know what a good person and manager he is. And thank you very much for the reduction. I do mention public storage when asked for recommendations and since I am a long time customer I speak from experience.
