Ryan MaloneyThe unit upon arrival was not as clean/pest free as advertised. Really should allow you to view units prior to rental as the recommended size for what I have to store barely fit everything and it is stacked almost to the ceiling. Rental process was easy and the app is useful but definitely could be cleaner for new tenants. UPDATE: Tri Village called and offered me a new unit to correct the situation. Upgraded to 4 star for their effort and care.

They have also expanded their camper/RV/trailer areas and added blacktop which has improved the looks. The new easy to use access gate has been a welcoming addition as well. Thank you Damon for bringing this facility up to date! We love the improvements!
