This is by far the worst experience ever. Look somewhere to rent storage. I rented a unit and went to access it. The unit was locked. I’ve made over 10 calls trying to get help to access the unit, no one has been able to help me. They have no one on site to help. Made an appointment for someone to meet me on site to help. The person never showed up. I waited for over 30mins with no assistance. I still haven’t access the unit and can’t move my things out of a property that’s currently for sale. This place is horrible.

What started as a stressful and discouraging experience was completely turned around by Paula. I had an issue at my Public Storage location and customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I was getting nowhere and felt stuck. Then I connected with Paula from a different location, and everything changed. Paula took the initiative to drive to my Public Storage location herself to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Her dedication, patience, and professionalism were exceptional. She made me feel heard and supported when no one else would. Paula is a true example of what customer service should be. Public Storage should recognize her for her commitment and care. She made a lasting positive impression on me.

Buyers beware, they have had theft rings. I was also part of this and lost over $10,000 in tools and the insurance that they made me buy upon signing up did not cover anything. They want receipts and pictures of every item or they are not covered it is a scam also, their facilities are not maintained and easily accessible. Yesterday there were tires sitting in front of my storage unit at my mother-in-law had to move to access. She also can barely walk. The gates are broken and they do nothing to help if your property is stolen or damage, this has been going on since June of 2024 and still have not been resolved. You’re better off leaving your stuff sitting in front of your house. If you have experience this yourself with this company, please DM me on Facebook. I have contacted an attorney.

Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. We had a unit with them for over 5 years. Never missed a single payment and never had any issues , other than they ruined my washer and dryer by power washing the units….. without a mention that this would happen and to move items away from the door during this. Thanks I called 3 damn weeks before our month was up to try and speak with someone to let them know we would be moving our stuff. I left message after message and never once got any kind of contact in return. We moved our stuff out in a hectic situation. I forgot to remove our lock….. then I got a call….(oh now you call) to tell me I was late on my payment. Keep in mind my unit was empty. I was informed that this would be taken care of and never heard from them again. Now I have a collection agency coming after me for a month rent that I never even used. Do yourself a favor and avoid this highly unprofessional place of so called business.
