Both Joe and Annie have been extremely wonderful to work with. Signing up with Joe was a very smooth transition, and Annie is a pleasure to work with when having billing questions or if having ice issues involving the exterior unit. I receive prompt and expedited solutions, and I have no complaints with staying here. The facility is well maintained and easy to access.

First off id like to say that its a nice storage place and seems to be secure and safe, easy accessibility and clean. However the constant up charge every so often to the monthly amount due, the fact that even if you have insurance on your stored car, boat, camper or other they will still charge you an additional insurance fee monthly. On top of all that god forbid your a few days late with paying rent, they will non stop call you, text, and email you and you will pay a large late fee. There is no customer appreciation especially if you have been with them for years. Also take into consideration that there is a patch of woods next to the facility and the amount of wildlife is crazy. You will definitely find that your boat, car, or camper has had animals living in it and damaging it. They have no pest control whatsoever so the racoons run around the facility all the time as if it’s their personal playground. You may ask why im still there!? That’s because its very convenient for me to store there being close to my house and as many of you know, city of Parma and Parma hts will cite you if you have a covered car in driveway or boat. They expect you to place it in garage or some how airlift by helicopter or crane into your backyard. You can have a nice brand new boat fully insured with all current stickers and they will tell you to hide it. Oh and if you do manage to store it in backyard, city will still come thru and cite you for having it there.

Annie was absolutely terrific! She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and made the experience smooth and pleasant. Great customer service! Will be referring friends in the future.
