If you need a storage space, long or short term, Extra Space is excellent on all counts. The climate controlled units are brand new, dry, and well-lit. They have carts available inside the building, a courtesy restroom that is always clean, and the customer service is excellent! Amy took great care of me, and everyone else I've met has been helpful, patient and cheerful.

The building is immaculate! She pointed out deals that did not appear on the website, and assisted me in procuring an excellent price for a unit that can meet my needs! I highly recommend this storage location because of its friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the building and the reasonable prices.

The after-hours keypad access is so convenient: my belongings are safe, but I also can visit whenever I need to. Pricing is also very reasonable and they had several size options for us to choose from when renting. Amy is the best! She always greets me with a smile and has helped me countless times.

He is welcoming, explaining things thoroughly to me on my first visit after renting today, and he was friendly, quick, & efficient with another customer. The guy in Phoenix I arranged my unit and payment with upon calling the local number was also in good spirit and thoroughly knowledgeable. Though note: units are less in price per month if you book online. I’m paying $46 while the online price is $33.. I didn’t see this until after I signed up, and my needs are such short term I’m not going to quibble. I had many questions answered by the man in Phoenix and he offered more info. The place is clean, secure, & easy access.
