Mike CostaI used these guys for a couple years and recommended to my daughter who has rented for a year. They will not work with her on one extra week with already charging a fortune because they had to go month to month while their house is being completed. They have called twice to try and negotiate but the woman who was not nice at all to my daughter said no because it’s against policy. You would think after having a renter for over a year that they would accommodate so they will refer someone as well. We live down the street so basically neighbors and this is how they want to treat people? I get policy but exceptions happen all the time or a new renter gets much better pricing. I hope the unit doesn’t rent for awhile and you realize you screwed up. If in need for self storage pick somewhere else as I won’t recommend them ever again. I am happy to say that they made this right and I am happy they saw it was the right thing to do. I would recommend using them and we will in the future.
