Tammy was very nice and helpful. Answered any questions I had. She’s a great employee!
I needed a unit in an emergency situation. Tammy made the entire process very easy. She was so kind and helpful.
Nice and clean storage , great customer service at a great price
Very nice staff. Clean storage
Fantastic experience so far. Tammy was able to get us a unit over the phone and had everything ready for us when my family came by to review the layout and prepare our move from our "climate controlled" unit in Carey. We got into a 5x10 with a great price and feel confident in our future at this establishment.
I love the facility its super ckean, climate control, they spray for bugs and vermin 2 xs a month and staff is great. I am giving 3 stars because of the cost. I rented a 10x10 for 71$ and some change i understand price go up 2xs a yr or every 6 months. It went up 81$ the 1st time I had a price raise. I now pay 156$ a month for a 10x10 unit and am on a fixed income. I now have to find another storage unit or get what I want and sell what I have left of my belongings. Which really is sad I got very ill in 2020 with a heart infection which cost me everything I lost my home, my cats and had to move back to Ohio to live with my parents for further open heart surgeries. To lose everything and have all your stuff being storage and then lose all of that and now after moving it to where I thought I would keep it for the next two years until I recover from my third open heart surgery which is coming up in the next year. I really wish it had played out different this is super inconvenient and it's really put me in a bad situation getting ready to have my third open heart surgery now I have this other headache to worry about. It is a great place as I stated it's nice it's clean the staff is wonderful but you're going to pay and unfortunately I'm not in the position to be able to afford this currently.
The facility is generally nice but since they have to clean the bathrooms you have to go ask for a key to use the facilities. The worst thing is the arrogance of the Old lady that runs the facility. I never use the reatrooms at this facility but one day after getting a couple things out of my unit I got a nasty message informing me if I made the bathroom dirty again they wouldn't be renewing my lease. I was confused so I called the number that had sent me the message. The woman on the other side told me on the phone they were not going to be renewing my lease because of how dirty I left the restroom. I informed her very calmly to check the camera because I had never used the restrooms. She said everytime your code is entered the restrooms are a wreck after wards and she was fed up with it so I told her again to watch the cameras. She said very sarcastically she would do that but she wasn't going to renew my lease. About an hour went by and I got a call back from the woman and she apologized for being in the wrong, that it was a different person on the cameras, and she just noticed that my code was entered everytime the bathrooms were a mess so she just assumed it was me. I have since moved out of the storage facility due to this encounter with the manager on the phone. This is the USA where you're innocent until proven guilty and to be contacted by text not even by phone and having to deal with her vulger attitude when she had had no evidence it was me other than her women's intuition is a pathetic business model. Did I mention I'm a disabled Army veteran..... yea there's that as well.
We decided to go with indoor storage because we discovered some very bad cons with outdoor storage. Tammy was very helpful! Super friendly! And the price is here are pretty great!
Very professional experience as we set up our contract to rent space. We found the premises to be impressively clean, well lighted, and well organized (with multiple options for entry to access units easily). This is the best deal in Marion for self-storage. Reasonable rates, especially for indoor protections.
There are two easy ways to secure a unit at this storage facility
