Redi Storage - Maple Heights

I have had multiple units here and still rent here because it’s convenient. However. For the amount of money that this place makes they need to do some BADLY NEEDED REPAIRS. I do commercial building maintenance for a living and this place is a disgrace. From clogged gutters with plants growing out of them to busted up concrete with massive holes in the driveway and parking lots. To the doors not working correctly and me having to repair my own units from water getting into my unit. I was told the maintenance guys would do something but I would have to prove there’s water in my unit. Seriously. For the amount of money people spend here and the $400 a month you get from me for 15 years now and I have to fix my own shit. I’ll be pulling out soon The owner. Yes the one owner of multiple locations doesn’t care about his buildings or business other than him getting his rent. Rant over

I came in today to get some help for an auction won. I met two people a lovely lady store manager and a gentleman named Todd . These two were so professional so warm so friendly. They helped me with everything I needed help with today. Most of my interaction was with Todd. Can I say he has an energy, a kindness and a professionalism that I wish existed everywhere I went. I was so pleased with my interaction with him and I am SO grateful that ready storage has him on their team . He is definitely an asset to the company . Anyone who interacts with him will only walk away with the best impression about Redi Storage. Todd if you're reading this you know how much I appreciate you . Thank you thank you thank you!

Maintenance manager was rude and threatened me cause I told him his comments were unnecessary. The office since then has reached out to me and has shown a more professional side to their business.

I enjoyed the service here at the maple heights redi storage center. The staff was very nice, patient and understanding. The staff kept the grounds clean and it always appeared safe secure. I would recommend to others for storage needs.

Went to my storage unit in Maple Heights the other day and had to dig through a mound of snow to get into my unit. All the units had mounds of snow in front of them. Redi Storage should've at least sent an email to renters letting people know to bring a snow shovel if they were going to get access to their outdoor units. I used my snow brush, it took me about 15 to 20 min to dig out the snow to get into my unit. I didn't have time to go back home and get a shovel. When I was at the Redi Storage in Twinsburg years ago, this was never an issue no matter how bad it snowed. Generally I like Redi Storage but I don't pay my monthly rent to have to do the work a plow or snow blower can easily do.
