Great location, easy access
This location is right down the street from me. Locked facility and it makes me feel safe. Easy access into my storage space, well lit and space was clean. When I called to reserve the space the agent was very helpful and friendly. Then filling out the paperwork on line was easier than I thought.
Exactly what I needed!
I was easily able to maneuver in and out in a 20ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ truck. Not too far from 90 and very clean.
Nice clean budget friendly storage
Very clean and clear storage unit. Nice carts to take to your car to load up. Well maintained facility. I never saw a person. Pleasant customer service. Everything was done by phone. I drove to Ace and bought a lock, and my things are already in.

Rachel FortuneThis is for the Geneva building, but they are all own d by localstorage. ....id leave 0 stars but it makes you put 1 star, so I can leave a review. We had a storage unit at this location, in the middle of moving our things the place was bought out. We removed all of our items, except for accidently leaving a couple EMPTY boxes. We returned our lock, and key. Tried to call the number to tell them our services were no longer needed, and could never get ahold of anyone. Left a voice message, 2 months goes by, and 2 months of payments were taken out of our bank account. Without any notice, call and finally get ahold of someone and was told we never spoke with anyone, which we couldn't get ahold of anyone. Then was told a few boxes were left there. We tried to go and take said boxes out of the unit and there was a new lock on the door, we could not get in to remove the boxes. We were also told our account would not be closed until said boxes were removed. So not only did we get charged for 2 months we didn't use the storage, but now we still have an account because a new lock was put on the unit without giving us the code to get these boxes. This place is a joke, and the lady my husband spoke with was the farthest from sympathetic, or nice in any way. We just purchased a home and do not have the extra funds to pay for something we aren't even using.
