NICOLE EDWARDSI have been renting a storage unit from Prestige Storage (the Lewis Center, Ohio location) for almost a year and a half now, and I have had a very positive and uncomplicated experience! • The staff is super easy to get a hold of and they respond to phone calls, emails, and text messages with grace and ease. • The entire facility is super clean, easy to access, and very well laid out. • The online rental and payment portals are easy to use and the staff will even send gentle and supportive courtesy reminders if you are late on a payment or are close to receiving a late fee. • The Lewis Center staff is super accommodating and helpful! (I was organizing my unit one super hot day this summer ... utterly exhausted and drenched in sweat ... and one of the office ladies saw me and quickly brought over ice cold bottled water via golf cart!) Brian WilliamsCommunication, pricing, and availability; the Prestige Storage location checked all the boxes for us. We have two rental units, both reserved easily online and able to use the next day. All interactions have been with Corinne (site manager?), and she has always been responsive. This location also has a moving truck (Beasty?) free for full use all day a single time.
