Brantley CrankI’ve had my storage unit here at this physical location for almost 15 years. This has by far been the best as far as ownership/management goes. Any time I have needed assistance or had questions, the staff have been super helpful. Beth is lovely to work with and is always able to assist. Highly recommend!
Billie StrongIt was very exhausting, confusing, and misled (possibly unintentionally) for doing it online to receive a free lock as well as no administrative fee. It took a couple of hours a b are all of that, it would my except my credit card. ( I WAS IN A VERY BIG HURRY AND IT WAS IMPORTANT TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF QUICK) A lady came in and did the same thing I did and was done in 10 min. Very disappointed. Had to call multiple times to a supervisor for help. I had to cancel and wait for it to time out to redo it. I left and came back to finish. I want my lock fee and administrative fee back please add I was told I'm the beginning for all of this craziness. I almost walked out.
