Very easy process.
No problem to reserve online, and schedule date needed. Competitive prices. Staff was very nice, and helpful. I wish I could say it was easy to try and pay online, but it wasn't. There is no way to prove insurance, except to handle payment at the location. The experience at the facility was very good!

wesley mooremy fiance and me had a unit at public storage on rt 4, they gave us a unit that was way too small and we couldnt fit our washer and dryer when we specifically asked for a door big enough, and the door was broke, also charged us $145 up front and $85 a month and nobody was in office or would answer the phone and we waited 2 hours. so we decided to try cube smart and they got us a unit with a big door and plenty of room and at a fraction of the price, very nice guy named paul took care of us and got us in in about 30 ish minutes from when we called, highly recommend!

We initially booked a 10x12, but received a call the morning we were to come in advising the "unit" we booked was actually two 5x12 units right next to each other. But by the time we arrived to complete the rental, they had a 10x12 available, and gave us the option of choosing which we wanted. The overall reservation and rental process was smooth and the employee who helped us was very friendly.

Diane DauerMoving is difficult. Moving from one state to another exacerbates the entire endeavor. Using a POD and U-Haul with a transport pulling a car compounds everything. The U-Haul storage wasn’t big enough- no POD room or time to unload- I found CubeSmart and was able to have the POD unloaded right in front of the storage garage- not every place accommodates!!
