Customer service representative was rude
We were told that 2nd month was free by representative on the phone when making the reservation but the representative at the facility wouldn't honor this and he lacked in his customer service skills, rude by telling us to take it or leave it and that we don't have to store there! You just don't say that to customers !

I came in last week, I had some very unpleasant news which lead me to looking at multiple options of storage units. I went to three different places before I finally decided to go with this location. Phil was such a big help. He was very professional. Did not judge me on my asking of so many questions. Told me about all the great different deals and in and outs with this location on wha they offer. He was kind and helpful. I’ve definitely never experienced this kind of hospitality and professionalism. I have already told all the people who I know are looking for extra storage for the time being. I personally think Phil deserves a raise from the professionalism that he gave along with the gentleman he was as I was sobbing trying to figure out what size storage unit would be best for the best price according to my news I had received. Again thank you very much Phil.
Erv BallModern Self Storage! Vast improvement over our first experience some 40 years ago. Well lit facility, super clean, very dry and designed to stay that way. Efficient and effective locking system and easy instructions. GM Phil and assistant Ray on hand to not just answer questions but assure our needs are met satisfactorily. Easy to use electronic access system with security and insurance provided.
