Location and accessibility to the storage facility is good. Staff are professional, nice and very helpful. Unfortunately I have to give 3 stars due to being quite disappointed in the condition of the storage unit itself. The unit is damaged with multiple large holes in the wall. Also the door in my opinion is rather flimsy.
Lisa NealSecond time I’ve reviewed this Pigsty!! I have had two units for a decade. They’ve raised my rent multiple times on both and it hadn’t even been a year since they’ve owned it. It’s changed hands sooo many times and up for sale again!! Giving discounts to new renters to cook th books I’m sure. Can’t keep tenants unless you can afford to spend th money to move out or are capable physically currently. The rate is so much higher than what they advertise also but that’s how they get you in there bait and switch. It closes at 10 but they run you out at 8pm. I finally moved out and there was so much ceiling and other debris on my stuff I need oxygen in the emergency room. Save yourself go elsewhere!!!! And regardless of what they tell you if you move out before the end of the month even if it’s only one day in you get nothing back!!! They lie! Shocking I know but these owners are greedy slumlords!!!
