Easy Set-up
Very easy set-up the communication is great all online and easy
Excellent facility, clean as can be units
We just started using our storage unit, and I have to say, this is hands down the cleanest storage facility Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever been to, and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been around a few. The response time between booking and finalizing was extremely fast also, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m talking same hour done and done. Zero complaints here!

So far our stuff has been safe and close enough to grab things to use.
Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s worked out well having this unit close to our apartment. We have from time to time grabbed some stuff we needed. We are almost to the end of our usage and we are pleased so far.

Rented a unit for 2 months.. due to ongoing health issues and high risk pregnancy I had others help me move out and notified them as soon as physically possible of my move out which was 9 days after O had moved out.. Was charged for the month regardless of circumstances and told my credit would be hit as soon as possible.. tried speaking to multiple people as no remedy or assistance was provided was told this was all on me and nothing they could remedy.. would not recommend this company if you intend on kind, patient, and professional support and service. Many other options available close by and I wish I had looked further at the time I needed it!!

I appreciate @spareBoxStorage for hiring great people like Mrs.Sharicka, most companies only provide there customers with an Automated phone systems, and wait times are terrible. My call was answerd in under a min, with the a rep (Shericka) that was and is respectful, caring , and displayed the best humility an CSR could provide.
