Acquiring a storage unit was really fast and simple. First I took a tour of the facility and then contacted Storage King via telephone where I was greatly assisted by Rose. She took the time to explain all my options as well as costs and helped me get a good deal. She was awesome and very easy to work with. No problems and I was all done and signed up in less than 10 minutes.

Taliyah LutenI began renting a storage unit from here at the end of June and it has been an okay experience. Three months in and they are already raising my rent on top of having to pay for insurance for the unit. Aside from a time when the gate code didn’t work after hours due to a system issue, I haven’t had too many problems but beware of the prices going up shortly after move in. Maybe consider somewhere that at least has a locked in price for a period of time.
Daniel ByfielDRegistration so easy the robot / AI they have on the text portion did not specify that cars need to have VALID CURRENT INSURANCE AND REGISTRATION or they wont store the car. So they took my money and now i have to wait for my refund. Not pleased. wasted time that could have been avoided with 1-2 questions from the AI help.
