I’ve had a really good experience with First Stop Storage in Columbus, MS. The manager, Madeline Johnson, is professional, helpful, and easy to work with. She made the whole process simple and answered all my questions without any hassle. I rented a 10x10 climate-controlled unit, and the pricing ranged from about $130–$170, which I found reasonable for the quality and security provided. The climate control is a big plus, especially with Mississippi heat — it definitely gives peace of mind knowing my belongings are protected. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend First Stop Storage to anyone in the Columbus area looking for reliable storage with great customer service.
