Yasi gave excellent service
Yasi,the manager at the Kenny Rd. location is the only reason I kept my unit there. She is so friendly, bubbly & positive. She also made sure I got the size unit that was right for me. She gave excellent customer service. She's a keeper!

Fast and simple moving in I had a very simple experience online through spare foot which made the process with Public Storage even easier as there was a language barrier with the property manager however myself I meant to select kinnear rd and selected Kenny Road But glad I did the property is private and very much easy to access and within minutes to downtown

I’ve been at this location for about 5 years now. Since then my rent has tripled in price. My biggest issue is nothing has really changed aside from painting a few things. Yet when they plow, they leave a mountain of snow in front of your unit. I would think given all the rate increases there would be a bit more care for accessing the units.
Central SoftwashBe prepared for your rate to change monthly. My unit started around $220 and just left with it at $390. They dont prorate days. If you empty your unit on the 3rd of the month they charge you for the entire month even though they had it rented out for the following day. No give what so ever. If you want to reset your monthly rate back to the original $220 you can by moving all your items to another unit or across the way Make that make sense. A property manager or employee might be able to assist you whenever they decide to be at the office 2 days a week between whatever hours they make up. Poorly ran scam of a facility. My Company office is next door and it was convenient. At some point you can only tolerate so much. If you call customer service, good luck understanding anyone.

Homero Pardi1-Star Review for Public Storage — Absolutely Outrageous Price Gouging I am beyond disgusted with Public Storage. What started as a reasonable $85/month for a 10x10 unit in 2022 has turned into a shameless money grab — they are now charging $210/month as of October 2025. That’s a 147% increase for the exact same space, with no improvements, no added security, no upgrades — nothing but corporate greed. This company clearly banks on the fact that people keep their belongings there and feel trapped. They lure you in with a fair rate and then jack up the price year after year until you’re paying more than double for the same dusty unit. It’s predatory, unethical, and downright insulting to loyal customers. Public Storage doesn’t care about customer loyalty or fairness — only squeezing every last dollar they can. If you’re considering renting here, don’t. Save yourself the frustration, the betrayal, and the outrageous rate hikes. There are plenty of other storage companies that won’t treat you like a walking ATM. Public Storage should be ashamed of this price gouging. I’ll be moving my belongings out immediately and warning everyone I know to stay far away from this company.
