Good security
We currently have 2 units as we are moving before our home is ready. They were both clean, well lit and secure. I am not a fan of the open tops but there is plenty of cameras so if someone puts something in or is climbing on the top they will be on camera (hopefully).

Very nice and clean storage units. Makes moving simplified called into customer service to ask a few questions and had my question answered within minutes.

i only wish they were a bit cheaper, like others in other towns. circleville is a bit expensive so have to do it. this place is so clean and climate controlled i love it. last place we rented, we had water in the floor, mold, bad vibes, this place is so nice.

I was contacted by a woman named rose I believe. She was so helpful, and followed through with every lorrie thing she said she would do. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t believe I wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve stored my belongings here had it not been for her.
Dirty Unit- A dolly would be helpful.
For somewhere that charges a cleaning fee upon exiting the unit, youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d expect it to be clean. There were burnt cigarette butts and matches in the unit along w food crumbs. It had obviously not been cleaned. Causing me to go buy a broom and dust pan to clean it myself. A dolly to use when unloading and going in and out of the facility would be super helpful to minimize trips since you have to enter your pin each time to enter the doors and drop everything youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re carrying to do so.

So far my experience has been as expected for a storage unit. I am happy how clean it has been kept. The only thing that's hard is the door unlock at times going back and forth. That being said the customer service is top notch. I have had the pleasure of speaking to Que. In fact I had issues with the website chat line now getting an agent. I had issues with the phone automated call not recognizing my phone number... She called me with the super powers she had asking if I needed help... I sure did and she made everything work within 3 minutes. Fantastic service and super super friendly. Thank you!

She was very pleasant and helpful. She went above to help me with an issue I had( it was my mistake) all in all 10/10 Thank you Jasmine!!
