Loving this place so far! Really hoping they don’t price gouge with steep price hikes in a few months because we will leave. That said, it’s super clean. If you’re reading this review and it’s old but not a 1 star, that means they did us right with reasonable price increases every year or so!! Thanks Public Storage!

Love that it is climate controlled. The interior is very clean and nice. Elevators are extremely spacious and can fit large items. The people that I've spoke to have been very nice and knowledgeable. Love that you can open the door and Elevator door from the app without entering the code.

Aside from doubling our rent over the last year...we came in to our unit yesterday and were greeted by hundreds of flying ants IN OUR UNIT AND ALL OVER THE HALLWAY. Piles were also seen crawling around the openings of other storage units. Bug poison was placed just inside the door of our unit...We were never notified of this...only of the rent increase next month!!! Please dont rent space here. Its been a scam from the get go but this did me and my partner in. Public Storage needs to cease as a company.

Alert: Predatory business practices! I have been a client here more than once in the last 6 years. Tried to find other competitors after their ridiculous price increases following COVID. Public Storage actually bought the property from a local family, so we had to sign a lease with them or move. As a military family we do not live in town. So, moving these items is of great difficulty. Plus, renting a truck costs about $100 each time you need to move. I believe they know this, they know that they’ve bought up all the competition, there is no where else to go anyway. So, you think you’re signing up for a decent deal $34 a month, affordable, and you ask “how long is this price good for?” The agent on the phone says “at least a year.” So, you set up auto pay and think you’re done, anticipating a likely increase heading into the second year. Within two months my first price hike came. I called, but they gave me a line I’d hear every time,”we’ve simply adjusted to current market value”. Recently heard the same thing again, but with the addition of a self pity story that the manager is overwhelmed with calls about the increases. Really? Interesting how the value of storage space went up from $34-$104 in less than a year! I’m still 3 months away from the end of this first year. As a one time “gift” for relief, they’ve decided to take $7 off for 3 months. Laughable as the raise was $30, but sure, saving $7 really takes the squeeze off. Never have I regretted trusting the word of a company more. A total of $75 of increases in 9 months! I kick myself for even trying this company AGAIN. The lease we had after COVID actually tripled as well, but at least that wasn’t all within the first year… it WAS every renewal. So, what’s changed? Other than my ability to care what you do with the stuff i apparently can’t afford to keep anymore. Nice way to treat your military families… let alone any good customer. Hope ya’ll can find a family member or friend with some garage space. Cause these places aren’t giving any deals that last. PLEASE KNOW THIS IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU TOO. They do not care, there is no recourse, there’s no where else to go in Cincinnati.
