It was a difficult move-in. I was told to pay at move-in on Saturday.
I was told by your personnel to bring the paperwork they sent me and pay at move-in. When the movers and I arrived with the truck, the facility was "Closed." I called the number I was given and the man recommended using another rental company. I asked that he contact whoever is in charge of this facility and have them come and open it as promised to me. It took an hour and a half on the phone before a lady by the name of 'Ali' gave the movers an emergency gate code..

Not temp controlled
This building is HOT. was told the AC was just fixed and the temp would come down soon that was almost a week ago now and it's still too hot If this doesn't get corrected I'm going to have to switch facilities I have electronics and things that cannot be stored in heat
No restroom
I COME TO WORK ON UNIT AT 730 AM 8 15 HAVE TOO DRIVE HOME TAKE A SHOWER & CHANGE MY CLOTHING BEACAUSE. RESTROOM IS LOCKED PUT A KEYPAD ON RESTROOM THATS NOT FAIR AS A CUSTOMER 2-15-2025 CINCINNATI. OHIO
