Such a nice storage facility!! We have 4 units here! Temp. Controlled, has lightening above units and a bathroom! What more can you ask for in a storage facility?! Tim, the manager there is great! So helpful and kind! Always a pleasure seeing him when I come in to the units! :) A+!!

Scott NorquestCanton location...Not well climate controlled. We had several items that got mold while in this unit. We would have done better to get a standard storage unit. There was no act of God. No fire, no flood. Just being in the unit. We lost a couch, a dresser, a chest of drawers, a bookshelf, and some other household items that we just had to all dispose of. We were able to rescue a few things. I would not recommend. All I got when I called and submitted my pictures was I should have asked for the warranty. And I'm not going to submit an insurance claim for when when someone doesn't hold up their end of a contract by providing a climate controlled storage unit which you pay a premium for. I'm speaking to an attorney, but because of my busy schedule and the premium I have on my own time, I'm probably going to chalk it up to 9 months worth renting as a lesson learned.
