Was a great place to store stuff I mean if you can get over all the damn stink bugs that get up in your stuff. Until recently that they decided to do a one and a half time up charge permanently to your bill. I was only paying $47 and now it's 71. Times are already tough enough now you're just going to jack my storage rate sky high through the roof. I'd hate to see the rates now on the big storage units.

I’ve had my fair share of frustrating experiences with storage facilities in the past, so I was hesitant when I needed to find another one. After doing some research, I decided to give Lincoln St. Storage a shot, and I can honestly say it’s been the best decision I could’ve made. From the moment I met Sammie, I felt a lot more at ease. She’s an incredibly sweet woman who went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered and my concerns addressed. Sammie genuinely cares about the people who store here, and that personal touch made all the difference for me. She’s always willing to lend a hand, and she’s as professional as she is kind. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in making sure this place runs smoothly and keeps customers happy. The rates for the units are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the facility. The units are spacious and well-maintained, and the entire property is kept immaculately clean. It’s clear they go above and beyond to keep the place in top shape, which really stands out compared to other storage places I’ve used. Security is another big plus here. They have a reliable gate system, and I always feel confident that my belongings are safe. Knowing that the facility is secure really gives me peace of mind, especially when I’m driving in from Massillon to access my unit. It’s a bit of a drive from where I live now in East Canton, but it’s absolutely worth it because of the service and reliability I receive here. I’m willing to go out of my way just to stick with a place I trust, and Sammie’s outstanding service has been a huge part of that. If you’re looking for a storage facility that’s clean, secure, and managed by someone who genuinely cares, look no further than Lincoln St. Storage. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I owe a huge thank you to Sammie for making my experience here so positive. Five stars all the way!

My rates just went up 50+ dollars that's a hell of a hike January 2626 middle of winter. I can see 15 to 20 but D_ _

Sammie is a joy to speak with whenever I have had any questions or concerns. I have rented a unit there for two plus years now and you cannot beat the prices of their units and how quickly they handle any issues you may have as a renter. If you decide to use Lincoln Street Storage, ask for Sammie, she’s the best and she will take good care of your storage needs. She is a studious, caring manager and a delight to deal with - unlike others I have dealt with in the past at any storage facility I have ever utilized. This is my honest opinion as a long term renter at this facility. A+

I have rented off of them for years off and on with multiple units for both business and professional. Have had a couple hiccups along the way that they quickly rectified without hassles and the current Manager Sammie is a true gem. She is a complete sweetheart always courteous whenever I talk to her whether it is in person or on the phone. I highly recommend this location prices are great and Sammie is always there to help.
