Getting ready to move
So far so good. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy with the price for a 10x10x8ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ unit. Construction of facilities and set up are appropriate. Staff has been professional and courteous.

Tara was very helpful and patient. Explaining everything and answering all my questions. A very pleasant person to ease me thru a difficult time.
Awesome Customer Service
The lady in the office was super patient with me and answered all of my questions and more. Then when I went to physically sign the paperwork she was just as excellent in person and she kept my 7 year old daughter occupied so I could concentrate on reading and signing

Between double charging my account to raising rent 40.00 every 6 months- and going back on the contract of a locked 6 month price and raising the price after Cube Smart took ownership- the outdoor lot is full of debris- seen mice in the hallways of the interior units- the security gate was broken and left open for months or didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work properly- and yet charge me 220.00 for a 10 by 10 climate controlled unit- donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t rent here-

I have multiple units at CubeSmart and overall the experience has improved recently. The new manager, Sarah, has been great to work with. She is professional, helpful, and seems to actually care about the facility and customers. Unfortunately, the previous manager, Darrel, was very unprofessional. He was rarely there, often left the gate open at what is supposed to be a secure facility, and I had a work order submitted for my unit door that went unresolved for over a year. Since Sarah has taken over, things seem to be moving in a much better direction. I appreciate the improvement in management.

While working in our unit to clean in out after our move was complete, I stopped in the office several times to use their extremely clean restroom and was always welcomed and treated kindly. Highly recommend this location !
