Paid the required $300 deposit.(100 per unit) Upon emptying and sweeping all three units we contacted Patty whom had earlier met us at the facility and collected the auction payment plus deposit. She had us send her pics of the cleaned units then ask if she could refund our deposit via cash app since she was at another facility. We agreed and sent her our QR code for cash app. After not receiving the money we contacted her only to be informed that she had sent the $300 to someone else's cash app by accident, and would be mailing us a check. That was over 2 weeks ago, no check and she will not answer or return our messages.

You will get robbed at some point. I did not check on my rental for a week and $3000 worth of items were taken. No cameras besides the front gate. The gate does not actually close. Even if they say it does, I live 3 miles away and it does not. As of today, there are 4 (not including mine) broken into units. The police took photos so reach out to Blanchester if one of them is yours. After filing a police report, they told me this is the worst place to rent from and they are here almost every night now. I walked the property and there is a homeless camp in the back part of the property with a cut open in the fence for people to sneak in and out of. BE CAREFUL RENTING HERE.

Went to help my mother move her stuff an the lock on her storage building was gone. They only had one camera and it's not even facing the actual storage just the front gate. As well as 5 other storage building were open and raided through. Would not recommend renting from this place. They do not care about the safety of your belongings.

When I was helping a friend move mice got into the storage unit and ruined some of their belongings. When they called to report the mice the person at the storage unit said they should’ve paid for the insurance. Once my friend started paying for the insurance their unit got broken into.

Well I got a storage unit and within a week my lock was broken off and $500 of my kids stuff was stolen. Hopefully they check every bit of the camera footage and find out who did it. There is no employee ever on site at this storage unit so be careful and make sure you buy expensive locks and maybe put two or three on there and get insurance on your unit. I will fix my review depending on if they go through the footage and find out who did it or not.
