Ease of setting up renting a unit, and payment on-line is excellent.
Easy to set up renting a unit, and payment on-line. Depends on where you are, but for myself it's also very beneficial that the facility is only 5 minutes down the road from home.

George IannettaMy reason for a three is not because the individual that took care of us did a great job and a two-star rating actually has nothing to do with the unit. Or the human people I've been in contact with the three star came off because your AI sucks. You got to stop that and let it go directly to a person because I'll tell you what if I have to deal with the AI. I am going to start looking for another storage unit.
Lauren PuhalaI’ve rented here for many years now and have not had any issues. The place is clean, temperature controlled and there have never been any mice never nesting in any of my boxes. (I wish I could say the same about my own basement!) There’s always a 4-wheel trolley available in the hallway to use to move stuff in and out. I just went through the process of “downsizing” to a lesser expensive unit and Tracey (the property manager) was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I got just the right one. She called me back on her day off after I left a message and is even helping me get rid of an extra piece of unwanted furniture. She is fantastic!!

CJ SalisburyMold in a climate controlled unit, This place has become trash, Rate increase 3 times in the last year and a half, but the web price is still $79 dollars. The website is always down, but you can pay a service fee of $9.95 for a payment over the phone. Please fix this location, no wonder it has had 2 different managers over the year. DUMP!
