I say its the best in akron if you ask me...when i came in i didn't have all the cash they held my spot for me had grate customer service i got a discount on my lock itv was nice so yeah big thumbs up for me but now im just going to keep the storage room because i got it and now dont need it but i got to get my money back other then that there perfact.

I honestly don't do reviews and this might be my first one because I feel most of them are bots anyways but I am doing this one because I am honestly sitting here almost in tears of gratitude for the great assistance and kindness delivered through the man working today, Ervin, gave me relief in a few of my issues with all the technical and financial 'hiccups' that occurred during my sign up process. I now feel great ease and calm in further my confidence to manage my unit knowing you've got at least one efficient, kind, and patient working man on the job providing what seems an impeccable service not just to me but others as well. (I completely snooped and reviewed other reviews just to see what other evidence there was) Again thank you Public storage and specifically Ervin.
Beau AshleyAfter having a bad experience with what ended up being a call center employee servicing public storage customers I reached out to public storage and they were happy to make things right with me. Even though I am not a continuing customer they waved the entirety of the debt that was remaining and resolved to further investigate this incident and punish the guilty party. You can't ask anything more from someone than when The employees who work for them make a mistake or even intentionally derelict their job at least the management makes it right.
