Customer service oriented & user friendly
New to "self storage" I was apprehensive about having to rent a unit. After a thorough review of facilities near me, location and pricing landed me at Cube Smart. Not only was Nicole professional and friendly, she literally walked me to my unit, to the service door I would use, and even demonstrated the building lock key pad. Highly recommend!
Friendly and Helpful
Nicole helped me find a storage unit that would fit all my stuff. Her coworker was very nice as well and they made it a pleasant experience. We got a storage unit right by the door and set us up in under five minutes for paperwork. Plus the first months rent was free.

I had a great move in. I was worried when I showed up and the office was closed. I found my unit quickly and my welcome bag was there including the lock. I was worried about opening a brand new lock because I don't carry a knife with me but the package had already been cut so I could just pull it right out. Thanks so much!
skylar thomasI wish I could give 0 stars please SAVE YOUR MONEY we have had a storage unit with this place over a year now we ppaid for the climate control ect. We just moved all of our stuff out and find the entire unit floor wet and there was so much mold growing over all of our stuff...anything in a cardboard box was completely ruined all of our stuff smells terrible...EVERYTHING IS DAMP AND THERE IS SO MUCH MOLD. Very valuable priceless and vintage items, not to mention irreplacebly family pictures and other family itmes completely ruined and in the trash. Im going through things finding bugs everywhere and actual MOUSE TURDS. Anything salvageable has to be washed and disenfected. Im heart broken over my valuables/ Precious itemsand btw they make the price higher every few months and the customer service is terrible. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THE CUBESMART TRAP SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR VALUABLES. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND AND RUIN YOUR STUFF. This is just SOME of the photos we have taken so far

Samantha LongCube smart does not give a crap about state employees who only get paid once month. I had to move at a specific time and I HAD to have a storage unit but since I only get paid once a month my due date would be before then. I spoke with someone before who had told me it would not be an issue only to turn around and see a late fee and said I would have to pay over $200 upfront if I don’t want to get a late fee every month. I also got yelled at by the manager of this location (I do mean very harshly talked to me) she wasn’t the least bit compassionate or understanding to what I was trying to explain to her. She didn’t try to help me in any shape way or form and like I said kept yelling at me. Very unprofessional and not helpful is any way. I WILL be moving to a different storage unit and I DO NOT recommend anyone store here! Go anywhere else!
