I can’t rave enough about STORAGE STATION, and all the amenities it offers. Top notch service, and Ben was highly helpful. I needed a place that was well lit, clean, and safe for my belongings. Best of all they provide U-Haul-which is so beneficial for my upcoming daughter’s move. The town of Willamston and surrounding areas is happy to have y’all!

John KoonceStorage Station is immaculately clean. The units are very well maintained….I don’t think there’s a screw loose in this place. The AC works great and my favorite part is it is very well lit in the hallways and most importantly, in each unit. There are carts available to help you load in and out. Ben, the on-site manager, is extraordinarily prompt and available. He answered every question I had and was very respectful.
Jana BI wanted to share firsthand experience of Storage Station & the facility manager, Ben. I disagree completely with all these bad reviews I'm reading on here and quite frankly shocked. I have had nothing but a very polite experience with Ben. He has never been anything but kind & polite to me or my family. I pay my bill on time, so no complaints there. I've never defaulted on my Storage unit either, so no complaints there either. I do believe most people are more likely to post a negative inflated review than an honest or accurate review. I appreciate how Ben made my registration / sign up process so simple. He even showed me several of the various sized units as we decided what size to rent. I did have to call the 800 # several times and even they were polite and helpful. The security of the facility is fantastic. They have spared no expense in lighting, security system, etc. And while it is reflected in their pricing, I will happily pay that for peace of mind regarding storing my things. Storage Station & Ben should be congratulated for their fantastic job in having a safe, secure & beautiful storage facility available for Williamston & the surrounding area. Thank you.
