Ray was very nice and easy to work with. The fact that you had someone on site was the reason I’m storing my stuff with you. I originally reserved a place down the road but could never get a hold of the person so I dropped that and came to you guys.
Raymond is top notch, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend this facility and convenience too.

The online signup was easy. The lady at the facility was very helpful and friendly.
While the location and facility are excellent, and the on-site staff, Karen and Ray, were friendly and helpful. Be aware of post contract charges. I was quoted and signed at $119 per month (10x20) with a one time $25 admin fee. I have been charged multiple different monthly charges from $179 to $194 over the last 5 months. Since September, I have had at least 8 conversations with both the on-site staff and the call center. The staff has acknowledged these billing errors, yet I have received zero resolution, no refund, and no returned calls or emails as promised. This has been a significant waste of my time, and have realized that this company has total disrespect for customer service.
0 stars! We have been renting 2 units since hurricane Helene. No problems with units or staff at front desk. The only complaint is the truck that they advertise that you can use if you rent from them was broke down when we moved in. I understand that happens. It is what it is. However I used a week vacation to move our stuff out and back home (1 year later) and we booked the truck but can't use it because a regional manager named Joyce just doesn't want us to I guess. The first day we had it booked she gave it to someone else and said it was only for moving in. IT DOES NOT SAY THAT IN CONTRACT OR ON TRUCK ANYWHERE. The folks that were using it were moving out. We watched. Then the next day we were told that we couldn't use it even though it was available. That is just poor customer service. As a manager she should be a problem solver, not causer. She has a little power and she wants to show it. There is just no sense in treating your customers this way. I would go to any other storage facility just to avoid people like her. A monkey could resolve issues and provide better customer service that her.
I would give zero stars if this was an option. First of all, access to the units is extremely unpredictable. The access gate does not work consistently. Most importantly, THEY DO NOT MAKE REPAIRS when units are damaged. As a result I had water inside my unit and lost some of my property. I tried reaching out to the company and they basically said they have NO RESPONSIBILITY. Three months after the hurricane that caused damage, NO REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE. They have indicated they would give me another unit BUT at my expense. The lack of customer service is pathetic!! Lastly, I am sure they will refer anyone who has issues back to the “ contract” but the damage that I incurred was solely because they did not make repairs to their property!!
Karen at Summit Self Storage couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. She keeps the property in each unit spectacularly clean, which for me is a huge plus. There is also plenty of room to maneuver, as well as equipment to use. I rest comfortable knowing all of my belongings are safely secured at Summit Self Storage.
Property maintenance is severely lacking. Gate has been stuck open for months, allowing access to absolutely anyone day or night with no security. Outdoor storage spaces are littered with screws, nails, etc. It's a good thing tires are cheap................ Outdoor storage area is a muddy mess when it rains. Maintaining the gravel is too much to ask? At least half of the outdoor parking spaces are not labeled identifying their number, so you really don't know if you're parking in your spot, or someone else’s.... This has resulted in me having to maneuver a trailer at my home, because someone had parked in my storage spot one evening, and I could not park my trailer in the spot I was paying for. I brought this to the onsite manager's attention, and he stated "just park in one of the other open spaces"..... That's great, but what if the person paying for the other space wants to use it? The "rope lines" identifying the borders of each outdoor space are missing in some spaces. Summit really needs to give this property some well needed attention... The biggest issue is the absolute disregard for security at this facility. This has all been brought to the attention of Summit, but has yet to be remedied. Read their response.... "gate parts are on order"... The gate has not worked since June. That's almost 6 months, now......
