Friendly and helpful
Friendly, and helpful. The RV spot was easy to get in to. Access from 6am to 10pm. I was told if not happy with the spot they would let me change. I would use them again and recommend them for the price.

I've generally had good experiences, but the people I've interacted with seem to be there just for the pay check and they treated me primarily as a means to a paycheck. I didn't feel this way at Prime Storage. Everyone was the perfect combination of friendly, helpful, and professional. I recommend them without reservation.
