Cindy was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire experience. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out. It’s clear that she cares about the people she works with and takes pride in what she does. I highly recommend working with Cindy and sincerely appreciate the excellent support she provided.
This company is an absolute scam and the worst that I have ever dealt with. They use false promotional advertising to lure you in and then make up excuses as to why they don’t want to honor it. I have screenshots of the original offer I signed up under; I have text message proof, signed by Linda, of them readjusting and agreeing to an amended sign up offer to half off for two months, apparently because it’s Sparefoot’s (the advertisers fault) and they they don’t want to honor that promotion; they then didn’t honor the next promotion they gave me and lied about ever giving it to me, but thankfully I have the texts saved; and when I called again, Linda told me I’ve simply “had enough discounts” and I’m not getting any thing back or credited. They refuse to look at and honor their own proof. Linda specifically, raises her voice to clients if it suits her, talks down to you, talks over you, and refuses to accept the proof of the agreements she made. She outright claims that she never did it, despite texts, from the company phone number being signed with her name. Linda is anything but professional and is one of the worst customer service representatives I’ve had the displeasure to interact with. I will be making complaints about this company’s advertising, contracts, and billing processes to the Better Business Bureau, the NC Attorney General, I will be seeking legal council, and going to whomever I need to in order to get the overpaid funds that I’m owed. Also, to review their property…they advertise security and it being gated. When I moved in, the gentleman working on the gate stated that it hadn’t worked in months. During my time as a tenant, I’ve not experienced the gate properly working once. Also, the outer building door to my storage unit didn’t seem to lock or provide any form of security either. I will happily be relocating at the conclusion of my claims to the above agencies. I do not recommend nor recommend trusting this company.
Talking with Cindy about payments and insurance she was very helpful with information and nice I will continue to use this storage facility!
Mrs Betty was very helpful in helping me arrange a due date that worked with my paychecks so i wouldn’t show late and have late fees because there’s no way I can get this payment made on the first of the month so I appreciate her very much. Love, love Self Storage Brothers in Kinston, NC. Very clean, easy access and the people are great to work with. I would recommend this facility to anyone!!
