I’ve been satisfied with my unit but my fee keeps going up every few months at first it was $35, then it went up to $53 and now it’s $74. What is going on? My rental agreement states 35$. I’m also set on auto pay but it doesn’t draft on the first like it’s supposed to. So from now on I will pay my storage manually to avoid their late fee due to failure of them drafting out on the correct date. I’m soon going to find another storage that doesn’t go up on their prices without informing the tenant first.

Mackenzie BusheeWe've had our stuff stored here for about a year and a half, almost two years. While we were fully aware and ok with the unit not being climate controlled, we were NOT expecting to find not only paint chips blown half way into our unit... but *spray paint* on our rug *inside* our unit from the doors being repainted *outside*! This was extremely disappointing to find......... we will not be using this company again. I suggest whoever you're hiring for maintenance be made aware that they are ruining personal belongings of who knows how many people..........
