I had a very pleasant consultation experience thanks to the Assistant Manager, Mayi, at First Storage Fayetteville. I visited this location to find a small storage unit to store a few boxes of documents. Even though I had many questions about the unit size, rental price, security, and sprinkler system, she carefully listened to my situation and explained everything clearly and in detail, in a way that was easy to understand. She also showed me the storage units directly, which was very helpful, and she never rushed me or made me feel pressured. I was trying to decide whether to use a self-storage unit for just one or two months while I travel and leave my home empty, or to use it for a full year, and I was planning to compare several places. However, even though the monthly rental price for a 5×5 unit was nearly $100, which is quite expensive, Mayi’s detailed and thorough explanations made me trust this place and feel comfortable choosing it. Throughout the entire time, Mayi was very kind, considerate, and polite. She did not ignore even my smallest questions and took the time to explain everything carefully and kindly. I felt that she was truly doing her best and working sincerely at her job. Employees like her are very rare. I could clearly feel that she is hardworking and always does her best at what she does. Because of her, I felt there was no need to look into other storage facilities. If I ever need to use a storage unit, I would choose this place because of her.

I had an excellent experience at First Storage in Fayetteville, NC, thanks to Melina. Her customer service was truly 10/10. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Melina explained everything clearly and made the entire process simple and stress-free. She was professional, friendly, and very thorough, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers feel confident in their decisions. If this is the level of service First Storage consistently provides, they are definitely doing something right. I highly recommend contacting Melina if you need storage — she made the experience smooth and seamless from start to finish.

Melina was AWESOME!!! The storage unit was AWESOME!!! It was super convenient having a storage facility close to home that was clean and actually climate controlled. The ONLY issue I had was the rate increase. It was a little much, but all in all the experience was great!!
