Ironically they only respond to the positive reviews, I’m still getting charged for locks that I returned, this place is a scam! They gave me a lock at check in which I returned because I had my own and another one because I was out of the country and fell behind in payments, that was also returned yet they refuse to refund my money. I paid last month and they split my payment, made me pay for the lock and only put $60 towards my rent, then they added a 15.00 late fee for $20 because their lock charge is still on there.

Greg LangfordThey legit refuse to move lock fees even though I brought my own, I paid it the first month. They cut the lock put one of theirs on and I returned it again because I had my own. They still have the fees on my account. Nobody picks up when you call either!
