GREAT facility and customer service..
Move in was easy.. I completed the rental process that youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll receive through email. Once I completed that I received my unit number and access code. Once I saw the unit I knew I needed to go up a size, I talked to Mrs.Kim at the front desk and she was able to switch my units within 15 minutes..

Absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone who works in the office. I’ve called endless amount of times and have gone to the facility twice. Not sure who the other reviews are speaking of when it comes to someone helping them. I’ve seen other customers standing at the door looking around for someone to help as well. I can only get ahold of the call center. The app is very useful for most services. That’s a plus. Unfortunately it does not answer all questions which is why I’m attempting to speak with a staff member.

He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. It’s clear he really cares about making sure customers feel comfortable and taken care of. The facility itself is clean, well-kept, and secure, which gives me peace of mind knowing my things are in good hands. I definitely recommend this location, and especially working with Nick if you get the chance!
not brettWent into Public Storage last week and was able to get in and out real quick. Thanks to Nick who helped me out of there quickly, he was a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. The location was very clean, and the bathrooms were well maintained.
Brad HartlandBe sure to move out by the end of the month because they will still charge you for a full month if you move out on the 1st (a standard moving date). The facilities are clean. However, they put away the carts after a certain time to have fun hauling your stuff by yourself.
