This was one of the most amazing experiences I had at a public Storage! STEPHANIE gave such great thorough service I wish there was an option to give 50 stars cause STEPHANIE Deserves it. She explained everything to me even when I kept asking different questions that she had kinda already answered she was vey patient !! We move in our storage this weekend and hopefully Miss STEPHANIE is there so we can thank her in Person!! She is just the best! I’ve had other experiences and they made us feel like we were wasting their time , but honestly just a STEPHANIE was the exact opposite. She made us feel so welcome and was very patient!! Ricardo CorreaCame to check out the place to see if it had what I was looking for and came across Tiffany at the front desk. Wow! She was so helpful and knowledgeable of her surroundings. It is a shame that the property doesn’t has power outlets within their units therefore I must pass the location. Although I can’t say much about the location, I CAN say a lot about Tiffany. She is awesome! P.S. please management, get your staff a golf cart. That way your staff and your guests don’t have to walk around so much looking at the units.
